This morning while gazing out the back door at the work my yard still needs to have done, I looked up at one of the 3 feeders I currently have hanging in various areas of my yard. There at the large red maple tree I spotted a very thin what appeared to be a female hummer at the feeder. This is 18 days later than last year's first arrival.
