The weather is warm and an occasional monarch flies over the flowers but there is not enough
milkweed to support any caterpillars. I live in the inner city of Houston and have not been seeing many butterflies at all. There is plenty of dill and fennel but so far no eggs and no black swallowtails. I'm looking for ward to the first generation of monarchs that should move north soon. I'm trying the a. currassavica in pots to see if the will grow to larger plants.
