All Other Signs of Spring

I have sighted what i believe is two different types of bats in my area. They seem to be living in the pine and oak trees in my backyard. I believe the bats are the small brown and big brown bats, they might be the forest bats or tree bats? I have not gotten a close view of them yet. I have seen them apparently leaving the trees at about 7:45 p.m. to 8:pm and they seem to fly around for approx. 30 minutes and then they leave. They seem to have responded to my squeak calling and they fly a little closer to my vicinity. There are very small bats that look a little triangular or butterfly shaped when flying. The larger bats seem to be about 4 to 5 inches of wing length and fast. The smaller ones are the size of a very large butterfly, as far as i can tell. I have put up a small bat house in my yard, 50' from my house and 10' up on a pole. It has been up for one week.
