Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/14/2005

Number: 1

I have been very busy with the cormorant project (cull
of double crested cormorants at Presqu'ile Provincial
Park) but I made some time to visit Point Pelee
(National Park near Leamington, Ontario) on May 14.
While there I saw a single very worn Monarch. It was
flying so I could not determine its sex. I have yet
to see one at PQP(Presqu'ile Provincial Park).
