Have seen what I believe to be both a male and female hovering above my porch (seeming to look for maybe the feeder that last year's renter had hung). I even watched the female perch and rest on the lower railing of my deck (which I assume is rare, seeing one stopped). Today is May 22, and although it's been a while my first sighting,I have just hung two feeders and hope to watch them all summer.
