Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/23/2005

Number: 1

It was 11:45 when I saw a new looking monarch flutter through the playground at Prairie Woods Elementary. It was kind of small. I saw another one after school. This one was more ragged looking and larger. I am 8 years old, and I have been studying monarchs with my mom for many years. I am a MLMP monitor and the first word I said when I was little was -flies. It was exciting to see a monarch before my mom.
