I saw a single Monarch about 25 km. north of Rainy
River on June 4, 2005. butterfly weather here has been
rather rare - lots of rain and cool to cold
temps so far this spring. On Windy Point, lots of
milkweed (a white flower species) were growing so
theoretically a good food soucre for Monarchs.
