I kept meaning to post this as it happened late Sunday afternoon, but it's the end of the school year and life is a bit crazy. I found 6 eggs and they have since hatched and are munching comfortably on common milkweed in my den.

I haven't seen anymore eggs since and am not in residence during the day to watch for the adults.

I have a tremendous amount of butterfly weed as well as common and swamp throughout my little sanctuary.
