Saw one or two around town and one in my backyard on two different occassions.

Eggs soon followed. I brought in 17, lost 1, and I released 16 adults between May 19 and May 22.

I have another 13 larvae in my kitchen right now that I collected as eggs. Gave 4 to a friend, they lost one.

I have never seen Monarchs in Memphis so early. I grow common milkweed and have never had it up so early. Our spring was mild without intermittent freezes.
