I was fishing Blake Reservoir in Parishville, NY. Which is about 20 miles Northeast of Potsdam..

I have seen them in that area for the past 15 years. I haven't seen them ever year, however, 5 years ago in the exact same place I got some video of him or her.. It was a windy day so it is a bit shaky, but you can see him pretty well.

He was flying around Sunday, 6-26-2005( I was fishing), and landed about 200 yards from me in a tree. I knew he was looking for food and didn't want to spook him. About 45 minutes later I was heading toward him and he was still there. I really didn't want to spook him off of his favorite fishing spot so I moved out about 200 yards.
