Observed female Monarch depositing ova on Asclepias fascicularis.There were plenty of other species of milkweed around such as Asclepias curassivica, Asclepias speciosa, Asclepias incarnata, but this female Monarch only wanted to deposit ova onto Asclepias fascicularis despite the other milkweed being very clse by.
