Good looking adult Monarch feeding on Queen Anne's Lace flowers and flittering over a wild field (old farmsite, natural succession had taken over)It was in excellent condition though rested for long periods of time when finished with nectar drinking before flying in search of the next blossom.
Have seen several more adults since then and also found full grown caterpillar 7/25/05 in Oshawa. It is now pupating in the garden - I am filming on video tonight.
