Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 08/08/2005

Number: 1

We collected a monarch egg off of a milk weed. We placed it in a jar with leaves from the milk weed. The egg hatched and we continued to feed the caterpillar with milkweed until it became a crystalid. We are now waiting for the butterfly to emerge. It became a cacoon on the 8th of August/2005.
