Around 7:30 or 8:00 on August 10, 2005 we (my family) sighted a Bald Eagle while boating on the Yough Lake in Fayette Co. PA It was a rather large bird and was unmistakably a mature Bald Eagle. The wing span was at least 5 to 6 feet. This is the first sighting we have had. We have heard that there have been others in this area but this was our first. We will try and get a picture of it if possible.
