I have 4 swamp milkweed plants and about 10 tiny tropical milkweed plants along with several butterfly bushes and other nectoring plants. I have collected more than 100 eggs or small caterpillars from these plants. I have never had so much activity. Two years ago I did have 55 from just the one swamp milkweed plant that I had at that time. 2004 only netted about 12 eggs. I am thrilled.
