During the week of 8-26 to 9-1 our 7 students and 2 teachers have seen: 32 monarchs in flight or nectaring. We have been collecting eggs and larva and successfully raising them until adulthood--then happily setting them free. We have planned the schoolyard to include milkweed, many flowers, and a pond.
