I have had several Monarchs in chyrsalis in the last two weeks. I have milkweed and flowers in my garden and they made their chysalis under brick and window overhangs. Some have come out and found nectar here. I discovered one attacked and killed and found 3 others just hanging on leaves. The weather was starting to get rainy so I took them in and released them today when the weather cleared up. They were eager to fly away. I used to teach 3rd grade and had Monarchs from egg to butterfly each fall. This is the first year I have had so many in my garden and I am thrilled.
