We have had small numbers of non-migrant adults in the fields at Choctaw Trails in southwest Jackson, Mississippi since mid-August. Numerous eggs and larvae have been found on Asclepias viridis; the last eggs were seen on September 24 and this afternoon only 1 third instar larvae was found. Migrants have not been sighted here yet.
