Butterflies roosted for 3 nights - estimated at 1500-2000 per night. Not sure if these were the same butterflies or different ones. I have photos if you can accept those digitally. The butterflies appeared to be drinking water from water sprinkled grass - stayed out of wind by tree windbreak.
