WELL! Not one monarch to be seen here in Maverick County as the front made its way through here blustering in at 12:45 p.m. yesterday afternoon. My predictions of possible monarchs didn't pan out.

I just checked the trees this morning and nairy a one! I was out and about all yesterday during the blow and didn't see any getting battered about. We had gusts up to 30 mph, but no moisture to speak of.
