Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 10/09/2005

Number: 1

For the last 30 years I have been going to Co. Rd 118 because it's one
of the monarch's layover places. There used to be more trees at the beginning
of the road , so we used to see thousands, if we were there at the right
time. Those trees are pretty much gone now, so The Monarchs have moved
further down the road, closer to 2001. My Husband and I were there
yesterday and saw a few hundred for sure.
