We experienced a very significant change in monarch numbers in the last
day:
On Wednesday night/Thursday morning we had thousands roosting in our
trees. - the skies were full of monarchs morning to dusk.
Startlingly, last night-this morning there were none to been seen
roosting or flying. This afternoon and evening I have seen NONE.
Was that the "end" of the migration- (I think way too abrupt) or
maybe just a shift in the path? I thought you might be interested
in the extreme contrast.
