Lovely tulips were planted by first and second graders. Our gardening staff bought us trowels this year. We have been planting with tablespoons or tools brought from home. After years of "making do" the trowels are a great step up. I did read in a news clip that we may have mixed tulips instead of the all red mailings. It will be an adventure in the spring to see what colors come up. Bravo for the Tulip Project!
