We are planting our tulips in Jan because of them being in the refrigerator right now. Our tulips will be in the school garden in southern Humboldt at South Fork High. We are surrounded by redwoods at our campus so it will be interesting to see how well the tulips do in that environs. This project is being conducted with Bio II students, juniors and seniors. I plan to incorporate a unit of study dedicated to the tulips and a report as a part of the course.
