I know there isn't any particular place to report the last rubythroat of the season but since this was the latest date I have ever seen one in the area I thought I would report it here. My regular rubythroats left the middle of September. I had a migrant arrive on the 28th of September. She stayed in my yard and at my feeders until Oct. 10th. bulking up before continuing her journey southward.
