This is the latest date I have ever planted my tulip bulbs. I day was sunny, air temperature in the low 40's, ground temperature in the mid 40's. In the past 9 years, I have plant the bulbs between Oct 26 and Nov 3. Do you think this late planting date will effect the emerging date of my tulips?
