We planted fifty tulip bulbs in our first grade tulip garden. This is our second year with the project and we have 30 first graders eagerly awaiting news about the gardens in other states. We have had mild weather with rain and the ground was easy to dig. We have begun our tulip journals with drawings of the bulbs inside and out.
