After returning from Christmas break, it was finally time to plant our bulbs. In January, it is supposed to be cold enough. However in Arlington, our daily tempertures are reaching record highs for this time of year (in the 70's & 80's) and since we have had no rain for quite sometime, the ground was extremely difficult to work. The students worked hard and managed to dig down 7 inches to get the bulbs in the ground.
