I was standing on the porch early Saturday morning watching for the woodpeckers that had recently moved in, when my eyes followed a bird to the ground as it flew in. I wasn't really focused on it, but finally my subconcious mind got through. It was a beautifully colored male Robin...I was very worried then. I hope no more come through. I have not seen any others before or since.
There have also been some small groups of Canadian geese moving North over the past week also.
I knew your group would want to know about this. Thanks for the good work.
