Happy Cross Quarter Day. Temperatures continue to be a roller coaster ride. Up and Down making for icy roads. Mostly Rain instead of Snow. Expect a giant snow storm any day. Transistional months are noted for their uncertainty. But, all in all it does seem like a warmer February then last year.
