Yes it was a Robin singing (I checked the website vocal to verify, plus I am originally from Washington State where we get LOTS of Robins). Because I am a 'newcomer' here, I picked up on the old familiar tune immediately! I have also been hearing Red-Winged Blackbirds (another Washington favorite)
