Our class went outside to observe in the courtyard yesterday and to our horror several of the emperor tulips had emerged! The weather here in Connecticut has been so warm and rainy that our flowers and trees are confused. Now we are back in a deep freeze. I hope our tulips that emerged won't be killed by this crazy weather!
