My male Rufous Hummer showed up on November 11 this year and is still here, but his behavior has been very different than in past years. He hangs out in the coral honeysuckle vines (which has no blooms)when he is here and makes very infrequent trips to the feeder. We may see him one day and not again until several days later. We figure there must be someone else in the neighborhood offering him better pickings.
