Saturday, Feb. 18 and today, Feb. 22, I counted my 3rd rufous-backed male Rufous hummingbird to arrive. Each is in a different territory making it easy to see that there are indeed 3. One is still molting in it's gorget. Food sources are gnats and nectar from eucalyptus and bottlebrush.
