It was a lone robin on the ground.

The weather has been variable. Yesterday was in the 50's and today will only be in the 30's. We are very dry here.....it is cloudy but no rain in sight. We have a 3 acre lake and the ice is almost out, but not quite.
It was so warm in January that our daffodils came up about 3 inches. It has been down to 12 below since then so hope they will be alright.
