Two days from now 2 (two) cowbirds arrived, a male and a female.
Today my first Common Grackle arrived. Just one, compared to the Starlings taking over! The rednecks of the bird world are the Starlings, sloshing around and being bad. I've always felt the two birds were misnamed. The Starlings should be the darlings and the Grackles not the same. The Grackles are so gracious and star like, they should be the Starlings. Not the
Starlings that bear the name.
