All Other Signs of Spring

Strange mild weather this early in March, must be the lamb part. Temps in the low 60's, gentle misty rain falling. Letting the Dalmatians out tonite, I was surprise to hear killdeer voices calling in the dark. And over head, long leggity bugs and moths floated down to flit around the deck porch light. Snow patches are still melting into the driveway puddles. So I suppose later in March we shall meet the great March lion in gales and snow storms! The red winged blackbirds have returned bringing their wives. Usually, they get here and stake things out before the ladies arrive!
