Tulips EMERGED

Date: 03/09/2006

Number: 1

We had a large, late snowfall and most of the snow from in front of the school was piled high on the tulip beds. So we had to wait until the snow melted to see if the tulips emerged. One of the students said that he noticed some green before the snowfall so our sighting might be off by 7-10 days, but there was no way to see under all that snow. As of Mondy 3/13, come of the plants are 2-3" high.
