12:15 p.m. - male ruby-throated hummingbird seen at my feeder. I changed the liquid in my feeder, and 10 minutes later, saw the same male bird again (just wanted to be sure they had fresh nectar to tell their friends about, and also to be sure I had not hallucinated him in wishful thinking!). Welcome back, little friends!!!
