Is it just me, or are there lots of red-winged blackbirds this year. In February I came across 2 largish (50-75+) flocks, one at the office by Northlake and one by the creek at home. Then yesterday, I had about 15 at the backyard feeders (the canopied part of the yard, not the open front)...a first for this yard.
