Tulips EMERGED

Date: 03/13/2006

Number: 1

We came back to school after a very warm weekend to find that most of our tulips had emerged. They aren't going to find the going easy, because we've got cold windy weather again. We sprayed the tender little shoots with Deer Away in hopes that the deer would be discouraged from eating them.
The tulips that were planted last year and the year before came up a little earlier and are much bigger than our new ones.
