Observed first arrival of one male rufous hummingbird fly close to the hummingbird feeder while I was infront of the window and moving about while talking at 2:45pm to see him quickly fly away at my movement. Currently we have 4 hummingbird feeders we have maintained all winter due to observing two anna's hummingbirds(male & female) winter in our yard and surrounding wetland this winter. We are in Tacoma, WA (Midland) Today's date 3/22/06.
