Today, 2/15/06, was the first day that a tulip emerged in our Journey North Garden. Hazaa! Our class has been monitoring and recording the daily above and below surface temperatures in our garden using Vernier temperature probes and Texas Instruments scientific graphing calculators. We started recording and graphing these temperatures when we planted our garden in January. We are now getting ready to figure out how to design, build, and program a LEGO robot to monitor the soil conditions in our garden. Good luck with your gardens! Mr. G's 6th grade class.
