Many of our tulips have come through the ground. We planted about 24 tulips. We have about 1/4 of our tulips that have not appeared as of March 30th. Two of our tulips are already about 3 inches out of the ground. This week has been the first week with temps in the 55-70 degree range. The evenings are still in the 20s. Tolland,CT Grade 3 Class
