A male and female (larger) were sighted at about 7 a.m. augmenting a hawk's nest with branches that people could hear them breaking off. This went on for an hour or two. The nest is in a wooded area adjacent to the backyards of a small neighborhood, not exactly where eagles would normally nest. It will remain to be seen if they continue.
