Saw adult male rufous at my hummingbird feeder on Sunday, March 26, through Tuesday, March 28. He battled off an Anna's that had become the only winter resident at our house, which is located at 5,980 feet in elevation. No rufous sightings since then but the Anna's has returned. Took several pictures of the rufous, very stunning.
