I see one or 2 of these birds each year on my lake, North Lake, off of North Territorial just north of Chelsea, MI. They always arrive late March and stay until early April. I only see 1 this year. I saw some geese chasing it around the lake. I think they were curious or thought it was another goose because of its size.
