First Monarch sighted about 5:45 this evening. The Monarch was flying along the edge of the street in my neighborhood, fairly close to the ground. It was a duller orange but I couldn't tell for sure if it was a male or female. My milkweeds are just coming up so will keep checking them for eggs. (Perfect timing - this is exactly one year from when I spotted the first Monarch in my yard last spring!)
