Our first Rufous of the season, surprisingly a female, at the feeder 6:15pm. This is late for us as we normally see our first, always a male, at mid-March. We moved last summer and maybe that is why it is so late.
She's a pretty little gal too! Lovely pastel olive green head/back/wings and an almost pinkish belly. Looks like a mini-lovebird.
