After a short, easy winter, our spring friends have returned. We sighted two of our buddies here this morning. While weathermen have reported a hard eastern Canadian winter, here on the west coast of Newfoundland, things have been calm. We had snow on the ground for a mere three months, nothing compared to other winters.
